MEP Head

– Must be capable of handling multiple projects.
– Single point responsibility for the delivery of the projects as per the project goals and objectives and as per the set parameters of time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance
– Develop and implement the project delivery strategy for design management, procurement, execution, testing commissioning and handing over during the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases
– Lead and ensure appropriate processes are followed for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and delivering the project from the concept stage to the handover stage
– Through leadership, managerial, technical and people skills inculcate agile, collaborative, purposeful and pragmatic approaches to project management and coordination among the team members and other agencies
– Build agile and outcome-focused project teams, develop and nurture a portfolio of clients, and ensure timely billing and collections
– To position TPL as the client’s representative at the project premises, uphold TPL code of conduct and be the brand ambassador for TPL
– Ensure Client retention and strive for repeat business

Key Project Experience
– Must have experience in leading projects, leading multiple project management teams in commercial, residential, and real estate sectors
– Worked in Leadership roles like- GM/Head MEP for at least 6 years
– Experience in Project Management of MEP in at least 1 hotel, from concept to handover

Exposure:
– Planning software (primavera p6, Microsoft project)
– Exposure to building information modelling, virtual design and construction

Key Skills
– Expertise in the design coordination of SD, and DD stages with all consultants.
– Validation of DBR, Drawings and BOQ
– Value engineering
– Project Management & Execution with timelines
– Budget Preparation, management and control
– Contract and vendor management. (Pre-contract & Post Contract)

Soft Skills:
– Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and managerial

Technical Skills:
– Should be a Specialist in MEP packages like Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical ventilation, Firefighting, Plumbing, STP, ETP,  boiler, IBMS, etc.
– Exposure to ACAD, MSP, Revit, BIM, and SAP
– Knowledge of NBC, IE, NFPA, and IS rules is a must.
– Core Knowledge: MEP, infra, ELV.

– 15 to 18 years of Experience in high-rise Buildings like Residences, Hospitality, Commercial and retail sector
