UI/UX Designer

– Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project stakeholders and developers/engineers
– Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
– Design graphic user interface and build page design
– Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
– Create original graphic designs
– Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
– Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
– Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
– Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Required Experience/Skills:
– Experience working with International companies
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, rapid-growth start-up environment
– Excellent client-facing communication skills
– Must have a basic idea of Web Development and Mobile Development
– 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer in the IT Sector
– You should be a strong networker & relationship builder
– Very strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
– Portfolio of design projects
– Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
– Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
– Good time-management skills
